I am a regular churchgoer, what more can I do? qualification wise, experience wise etc. could I do any training in what little spare time I have for example?
What is your goal? What do you want to be qualified for or experienced in? Becoming a better Christian?

If so, as already suggested, reading your Bible (all of it eventually) will give you more information as well as the power and motivation to become a stronger Christian with a stronger faith in Jesus, your Savior. That, in turn, will make you see more opportunities to show and share that faith with others.

My laptop is having windows vista operating. Can be upgraded to windows7. If yes any cost is involved?
I would need to know the make and model of your laptop to be absolutely sure however, if it is running Vista, it is probably more than capable of running Windows 7. There are always questions about all of your drivers when going from one Windows version to another. As for cost... you will of course have to purchase Windows 7

What is a good recipe for making home made bread?
Baking homemade bread is not only a long process, but there is alot o science involved between what kind of yeast, how to add it, how much water content, how long to knead it, how long and how many times to let it rise, etc. Chlorine in your tap water can even kill the yeast and lets not talk about high altitude.
I've found that the commercially available frozen bread dough is frankly awesome. Just get a bread pan. Form in some wax paper. Lightly oil the frozen bread loaf and place it in the pan. Cover it loosely with some oiled plastic wrap. Warm up your oven to about 200 degrees F and then shut off. Put a shallow pan full of boiling water on the bottom rack with the bread on a rack just above it. Let it be for about 5 hours. Check it to see that the bread has risen to about an inch or so above the sides of the pan. If not, heat the oven a little bit again and keep an eye on it every hour or so. When it's risen enough, take it out. Preheat the oven and bake according to the directions. Delicious. It has alot of moisture in it and non of the store bought breads preservatives so you have to eat it within a few days. Do not store it in plastic or it will mold quickly. Brown paper bags are best.

What sort of food do we have to eat daily, to maintain healthy and balanced diet?
Best rule of thumb is "variety" and "moderation". Use some common sense though. Don't eat a variety of "fast food". Try to focus on a healthy preparation, and balance. Extreme diets cause havoc in the human body. Take a note from nature. What did the early American Indians eat? How did they prepare it? Your body needs doses of lots of different vitamins, protein, fats etc. None of which come from just one source. Lots of water is equally important.

Our house was sold for back taxes , in Oklahoma, we didn't know that we owed them from 03. We have been living in another state for almost a year but still kept the house there since it was payed for. we left alot of our belongings in the house when we left because we went back and forth. the house was sold a month ago and we just found out, when someone saw them taking things out of the house and let us know. Do we have a legal right to our belongings. We didn't abandon them just, lived in two different places at the same time. I am very upset at the thought of them taking my things. The tax office said that we have a right to our things but the people that bought the house haven't called us back. What do we do? and if they took our things can we get them back?
Unfortunately, it is your responsibility to know about your taxes and therefore be available to get served court papers or to notify them of your change of address so they can contact you. By law, the court has numerous ways to serve you. If you are somewhere they can't find you, all they have to do is run an add in the local news paper containing a copy of the legal papers. This keeps people from avoiding court by just hiding.
As for your property. I would go to the house "personally". If you get nowhere with them, you "might" have a case against them. Just remember, if you were in their place and bought the house, and didn't know how to contact the previous owner, what would you do? You "might not" be able to do anything. So sorry for the mess. Good luck.

My boyfriend's ex girlfriend is pregnant and she is 17 and he is 18, how likely is it that he can get full custody of the newborn baby?
Unless he can prove she is an unfit mother, it is highly unlikely. Even though the statutes state clearly that the mother will not be preferred over the father simply because she is the mother, anyone who has gone through this can tell you "that's a lie". The court always prefers the mother. It is unfair, unjust, and wrong but it's true 99% of the time.

My boyfriends ex has filed papers to have his child support raised. We need to answer to these papers but need to know if we should fill out the spouse section with my income? We have lived together for 5yrs.
If you are not his "spouse", then your income does not come into play.

My fiance had sex with this girl a couple of time and she got pregnant. I told him to get a DNA test done just to be sure. He was there at the hospital when the baby was born. She lied to him saying that they couldn't do the test right away and that he needed to sign the birth certificate so she could leave the hospital. I have helped him take care of the baby and I noticed that the baby doesn't look anything like him or her. So we got a DNA test and it wasn't his baby. The problem now is she is trying to get him for child support and when he went into court over it the judge said that he had 30 days to get his name off after the baby was born but we didn't know then. The judge said that the only way he could get out of this is if she has someone adopt the baby. Is there any other way to get his name off that birth certificate?
First off, he didn't have to put his name on the birth certificate, much less just so the mother could leave.
You need to start what they call "Filiatioin Proceedings". This is a fancy name for "Paternity Suit". You said your already got DNA testing? Did they draw blood from him, her and the baby? If so, it's mostly just paperwork in court to establish that he is not the father and make sure the order states to take his name off the birth certificate. After that, she had no way to collect child support. Once you get the order establishing that he is not the father, you simply take that order to the Department Of Vital Statistics and have them remove his name.

In Pennsylvania, 1970, my mother had to go to the Beaver county courthouse and give her permission for me to marry. At the top of the paper they gave me it read, Ward of the Orphans Court. What does this mean?
Since you were a minor, this just temporarily transfers partial guardianship to the state allowing you to get married.

What is the punishment in OH for falsifying information on a police report? What is needed to prove the information is erroneous, and how do you go about reporting this to the authorities and requesting an inquiry so the person can be further investigated and information can be verified? Is it difficult to prove and have them prosecuted?? I need this to happen IMMEDIATELY for a custody case/domestic violence case/aggravated menacing and threats case in Summit County OH, and I have 2 witnesses (1 has given a written statement, the other is a minor child) to the fact the information has been falsified. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I would simply bring your witness to court with you to attack the lies there. You probably won't be able to charge them with giving false information to the police. That's usually only done if you lie to the police, the police figure it out, and they add that charge to the original charge.
